2121 Walton Road, Overland, MO 63114 Starting Salary:
$70K+ based on experience

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise production operators on shift Manage resources, equipment, and workflow to ensure efficiency Train and develop team members in partnership with the Value Stream Manager Serve as a technical resource for operators and assist with complex setups Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards Suggest process improvements and model positive leadership behaviors What We’re Looking For
5+ years of manufacturing experience
(supervisory experience preferred) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments Strong organizational and leadership skills Technical knowledge of machining and equipment setup (saws, mills, lathes, routers, presses) Proficiency with MS Office Suite preferred A technical degree is a plus Benefits & Perks
