The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Risk - Incident Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide incident management program. This critical executive role involves overseeing the global framework for detecting, assessing, and responding to operational, technology, and security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on global risk management, and at least 15 years' experience in the field, including a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles. Key responsibilities include effective 24/7 global recovery coordination, incident response leadership, team leadership, and driving the adoption of advanced incident detection and response technologies. The role also requires the candidate to have a strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Applicants for the Vice President, Global Risk - Incident Management position at the company should possess a Master's degree in business, risk, cybersecurity, or a related field, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, or PMP. A background in regulated entities and experience in crisis management with a focus on cyber response are preferred.
