* * We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to deliver comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in pediatrics, with a commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for promoting healthy development. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

* Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and health assessments of pediatric patients. * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across various pediatric specialties, including neonatal and adolescent care. * Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate preventive care, immunizations, and health education for children and their families. * Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with specialists in fields such as neonatology, cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and other disciplines as needed for comprehensive patient management. * Provide guidance on developmental milestones, behavioral health issues, and family planning when appropriate. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards while maintaining patient confidentiality. * Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing pediatric healthcare practices.

* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice pediatrics. * Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is strongly preferred. * Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient pediatric settings; experience in neonatal intensive care units (NICU) or pediatric critical & intensive care is advantageous. * Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic or similar electronic health record platforms. * Knowledge of pediatric-specific procedures including suturing, airway management, and basic life support (BLS). * Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as medical imaging (CT scans), laboratory testing, and radiology reports relevant to pediatric care. * Strong communication skills with the ability to educate families effectively about health management strategies. * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams across hospital or clinic environments. * Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in clinical research or continuing education programs related to pediatrics.
