Position Overview
Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Part Time Driver in Rainbow City, AL. Immediately hiring.

Paid Weekly
Average: 20 hours a week or more
Schedule: Varies
Daily Pay: $200 - $300 per day when running routes
Start Time: Can be AM or PM
Job Details
Deliver SOLO to AL, TN
Route: Local Home Daily
Tractor Type: Day Cab
Trailer Type: Dry Van 53’
Freight: No Touch – Auto Parts
Truck Information Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from last 3 years of employers
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules and regulations
Additional Notes
Some positions may require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, or specific customer background requirements.
Responsibilities
Safely drive a commercial vehicle and comply with safety & DOT regulations, continuous training, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and standards; detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records and logs; load/unload freight or assist if required by customer.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
