Location Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite at client locations. Candidatesookies within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Role Overview The PeopleSoft Test Lead manages end-to-end testing activities across PeopleSoft HCM and ERP implementations, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment.

Essential Duties

Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing

Coordinate testing efforts with business, technical, and project teams

Define testing metrics and ensure quality standards are met

Manage UAT teams and validate deliverables against client requirements

Required Qualifications

DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

5+ years of enterprise system testing experience

Strong knowledge of ERP and HCM testing methodologies

Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups

Other Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $69,700 - $129,500.
