What are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced and drivenTalent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This role will focus primarily on hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the US, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, primarily in the US market
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Conduct in-depth HR and behavioral interviews
Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on hiring plans, and deliver results
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes
Contribute to scaling and optimizing Apono’s global talent acquisition practices
Requirements
3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a startup / high-tech environment –
must
Proven experience hiring
GTM
roles in the
US market

Strong sourcing capabilities and pipeline‑building expertise
Experience conducting structured behavioral interviews
Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams
Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑growing startup environment
Location New York, NY (3 Times a week in the office)
