We are seeking a
Commercial Property Accounting Manager
to lead financial reporting and property accounting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence financial performance across prime commercial properties. You will manage CAM recoveries, audits, кардани loan compliance, serving as the primary financial point of contact for property operations.

Requirements (Top 3):
5+ years of commercial property accounting experience
Expertise in CAM recoveries and financial statement/audit preparation
Hands-on experience with loan compliance reporting and covenant monitoring
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MRI or similar property management software
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with real estate investment accounting
