Assistant Store Management Experience.

Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, consistently driving results and elevating team performance through hands‑on leadership.

Exceptional Leadership & Business Acumen.

Ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent to deliver outstanding results and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere.

Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

History of building trust, clarity, and enthusiasm across teams and clients; adept at delivering constructive feedback and facilitating open dialogue to support growth.

Location.

On‑site work at 7479 N. Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33156, United States.

Availability.

Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand, and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment.

What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 – $74,908.00. Additional bonuses may be earned. Benefits eligibility may vary by job classification and length of employment.
