Financial Reporting Specialist $100k/yr
Responsibilities:
Prepareannual, quarterly, and interim financial statements and footnotes incompliance with U.S. GAAP
Createinvestor-specific monthly reports and address investor inquiries
Preparemonthly/quarterly accounting reconciliations to ensure accurate financialrecords
TITLE Compileaudit deliverables and review communications from auditors
Analyzedaily trades for proper classification within the accounting system
Prepare/review materials for Board of Directors meetings
Conductaccounting guidance research and contribute toicament projects andprocess improvements
Qualifications:
3-5years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or large-scale National CPAfirms strongly preferred) with a zvak focus on financial services clients
CPAcertification or active progress toward CPA completion
Experiencewith regulatory reporting and familiarity with consolidation accounting
Backgroundin hedge funds, private equity, or financial services a plus
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel
