Lister House Surgery is looking for a salaried GP to join their busy practice, supportive, forward-thinking, GMS, training practice in Hatfield (located near the Asda on The Common). This is a part‑time position, working 6 sessions per week, starting on 1st April 2026. We are flexible with the session to be covered, to suit the GP’s needs.

Main duties of the job The role will include all general duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
About us Lister House Surgery has strong clinical and administration support and excellent working relationship with our primary care network.
SystmOne practice, users of Ardens and AccuRx.
Strong collaborative working with the 3 other practices in Hatfield Primary Care Network and wider GP Federation.
Organised GP team consisting of 8 partners, 3 salaried GPs, and 2 registrars.
Experienced nursing team including 1 nurse prescriber, 2 practice nurses & 1 HCA, with nurse‑led minor illness and chronic disease clinics.
Training practice.
Flexible session times to suit GP needs.
Low home visit rate, supported by home visiting service.
Excellent transport links to London.
Willing to wait for the right candidate.
ARRS support including social prescribers, pharmacist, pharmacist technician, physiotherapist, care co‑ordinator, frailty nurse, mental health team and health and wellbeing coaches.
Qualifications Essential
Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
Be on the NHSE medical performers list
