About Our Property
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
As a
Fitness Attendant , you would be responsible for providing assistance, guest support, and information regarding the resort’s recreation facilities and programs including e-bike rentals, fitness classes, tennis, and pickleball. You will also register guests for outdoor hiking and biking tours as well as tennis lessons and court time. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Provide guests with accurate and informative information regarding all recreational activities, equipment rental, and other recreational activities. Assist in daily operations such as providing guest support, maintaining the cleanliness of areas, setting up equipment, and monitoring supply inventory. Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

What are we looking for?
At least two (2) years of customer service experience CPR Certification Prior experience in fitness / recreation is a plus Prior experience is a luxury environment is a plus Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Great at cleanliness and organization Ability to multitask
