The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' waterslide.
Instagram, Facebook What you will have an opportunity to do:McArthur's **Server Assistant** is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.* Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.* Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.* Assist Server with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.* Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.* Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.* Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department.* Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.There **2** **Part-time** openings for this position, and you must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.**1 opening for AM Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm****1 opening for Mid Shift: 8am- 4pm****EXPERIENCE*** Prior food and beverage experience, preferred* Prior customer service experience, preferred* Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred**LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES*** Maricopa Food Handlers Card**Compensation:**-Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
