The Role We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the adoption of our Agentic technology solutions—Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Agent Identity Security—across the AMS region (US, Canada, LATAM). This overlay sales leadership role supports a direct selling organization and is critical to scaling innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Hire top talent across the AMS region and foster a competitively collaborative team culture
Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of customer service that aligns with SailPoint’s core values
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users
Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors, with a specific focus on the Agentic Technology landscape
Utilize all reporting tools, including accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene
Develop and deliver internal training and enablement programs to equip Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development teams with the knowledge and skills to pursue Agentic Technology opportunities within their accounts
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop comprehensive strategic account plans that incorporate Agentic Technology solutions
Build internal programs to foster collaboration between the Agentic Technology Specialist team and the broader sales organization
Develop and deliver public presentations and webinars on SailPoint’s Agentic Technology solutions and how they contribute to the platform advantage
Qualifications
Highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a track record of hiring and retaining top talent
Curious and able to synthesize information rapidly in a dynamic environment
Experience working across various personas within IT organizations, ideally with expertise in cybersecurity/identity applications and cloud technologies
Strong relationship building skills, operating at all levels—from executives to contributors
Understanding of scaling and empowering other account resources to deliver positive outcomes
Proficiency in analytical tools and complex data to drive programs and plays across the region
Background as a specialist sales leader (overlay, co‑prime, etc.) in a dynamic, matrix‑based selling environment
Expertise in presenting the value of SailPoint’s Agentic Technology solutions relative to competitive offerings
Capability to build internal programs and enablement that scale the larger sales organization around the Agentic product set
Alignment with SailPoint’s culture and reflection of our 4I values
Education Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or related field.

Benefits & Compensation Base salary for US employees is estimated in the following range: $86,700 - $123,850 - $161,000.
