Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a well-established and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (with a sweet spot of $65,000 - $70,000; maximum $75,000)

Work Arrangement: On-site preferred; hybrid or remote options available for candidates located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa, ideally near one of our offices
Travel: No travel required
Responsibilities
Provide full-service account management for commercial lines clients, handling all aspects of account servicing from A to Z
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts across various industries (excluding transportation)
Handle both new business quotes and renewal processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong preference for candidates with independent agency experience
Proven expertise in managing commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
Proficiency in using Epic software or similar agency management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
