Base pay range $75.00/hr - $75.00/hr
This position is located onsite in one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Compensation is $150,000 annually, distributed weekly. Comprehensive health benefits begin on day one, with HSA/FSA options and 401(k) Roth available. Relocation assistance is provided.

You will serve as the strategist, the coach, and the driving force behind our Guides – the frontline facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.
This role merges elite coaching capabilities with a hands‑on commitment to youth development. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring students not only succeed but flourish – discovering untapped talents and essential life skills. If you have broken records, reversed underperforming initiatives, or accomplished what others deemed unattainable, you belong here.

What You Will Be Doing
Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing meaningful learning activities, and addressing challenges
Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that increases student engagement and achievement>
Directly coach a small group of students, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning via adaptive applications; your role is to train them to become outstanding facilitators
Compromising standards – if our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
Conducting dull training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energizing, hands‑on professional development
Performance Coach Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world‑class excellence
Basic Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with experience building, managing, and motivating high‑performing teams.
Experience working with youth between the ages of 5 and 18 in an educational or developmental setting.
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
