AI Chatbot Developer Microsoft Teams Interview

Location: Columbus, OH

(Occasional Onsite Meetings/workshops May Be Required)

Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled AI Chatbot Developer / AI Engineer to design, build, and enhance intelligent chatbot and generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI chatbots and GenAI solutions

Build conversational agents using Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft Copilot Studio

Develop and support chatbots using Google CCAI Services

Implement Generative AI solutions using AWS (including AWS Bedrock)

Design chatbot architecture, conversational flows, APIs, and integrations

Apply prompt engineering, NLP tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques

Train, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models

Create dashboards and reports to track chatbot performance

Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are met

Build new M365 solutions to replace SharePoint 2016 On-Prem applications

Integrate AI solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise systems

Automate workflows using Power Automate

Collaborate with business SMEs, UX, governance teams, and AI CoE

Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies

Create technical documentation and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)

Required Skills & Experience: AI & Chatbot Development

3+ years of AI development using Microsoft Bot Framework and/or Google CCAI

Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG approaches

Strong understanding of NLP and conversational AI design

Microsoft & Cloud Technologies

Experience with Azure AI services (Azure Bot Service, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language)

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel

Experience with M365 (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Ability to support and modernize SharePoint 2016 On-Prem to M365

Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph

Google & AWS

Experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI)

Experience with AWS AI services, including AWS Bedrock

Programming

Strong coding skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years of overall IT experience

5+ years of .NET development experience

2+ years of SharePoint experience

1+ year of Power Platform solution development

Experience across at least two IT domains (application development, databases, middleware, infrastructure, or operations)

Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
