Accent Consulting is seeking a talented Network Administrator to join our team and spearhead the management and optimization of network infrastructures. As a Network Administrator, you'll be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure peak performance, reliability, and security. From troubleshooting network issues to deploying new technologies, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients' businesses. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in network administration or similar roles.
Profound understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
Hands‑on experience with network infrastructure devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points from various vendors.
Ability to design and implement network solutions, including LAN/WAN architectures, VPN configurations, and security measures.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
Knowledge of cloud networking technologies, especially in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the capability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Preferred certifications include Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
