Associate
to join its
US & International Tax (Controversy)

Role & Responsibilities The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of US and international tax controversy matters, including administrative proceedings and litigation. The role involves direct client interaction, strategic problem‑solving, and collaboration with internal and external advisors.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience
in tax controversy
Experience with
administrative tax controversy
required;
tax litigation experience
strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in a
collaborative, team‑oriented environment
Strong
organizational skills
and the ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships
Excellent
legal writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication
skills
Strong academic credentials
LL.M. in Tax
is a plus, but not required
