Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing cases.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Assist in case preparation: gather evidence, interview clients and witnesses, take depositions, and attend court proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil and/or commercial litigation.
Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
