Job Description
Webster Family Medicine of Webster, NY is looking for a new Ambulatory Tech to join their practice! Under nursing supervision, assists providers during patient visits. Performs a variety of clinical tasks in support of patient care in the out-patient setting including a variety of technical, procedural and information systems tasks involving patient care functions affecting the comfort, care and safety of patients.

Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience (minimum required): One year of experience in a customer focused/service setting required. License/Certification Required: American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification or acquire certification within 6 months after hire. Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and courteously with others. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with providers, staff, and patients. Have well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate exceptional care and concern for the patient. Be attuned to the needs of a diverse population of patients. Use various hospital information systems (e.g., eRecord, Microsoft Outlook, Word).
