Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Operate rail and plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe loading of railcars.* Monitor and control the flow of materials to ensure proper loading.* Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.**What We’re Looking For*** Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Attention to detail and commitment to safety.* Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.**Conditions of Employment*** Must pass post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.**Physical Demands*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.* Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.* Manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools.**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $25.50 per hour DOE* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
