Job Overview This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. It is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

Education and Experience Completion of High School or GED is required. Knowledge of the health care revenue cycle is preferred. Understanding insurance is a plus.
