We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our work family for our sensory program!
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred: Master's or Doctorate graduates). Proficient in computer skills such as data entry into programs like Casamba and Point Click Care.
Language and Communication Skills
Ability to read technical procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and families.
Mathematical & Reasoning Skills
Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled form.
Licenses & Registrations Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state. Employees must meet continued education requirements per state practices and maintain a license in good standing at all times with the state board.
Additional Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environments (preferred).
CPR certification as requested.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Job Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.
Pay: $55.00 per hour.
Relocation: Must relocate to Porterville, CA 93257 before starting work (required).
Work Location: In person.
