Customer Service Representative II – Institutional Markets Corebridge Financial helps people make some of the most meaningful decisions they’re ever goingلال to make by providing life insurance, retirement, and institutional products through an extensive, multichannel distribution network. This role supports our client-centered service and is responsible for processing death claims, payouts and modifying future payments, primarily in response to annuitant inquiries received via mail, fax, or telephone.

About the Role As a Customer Service Rep II you will work independently, exercising good judgment and a thorough understanding of Structured Settlement procedures and philosophies. This remote position offers a career entry point with opportunities for growth and accelerated advancement within Corebridge.

Responsibilities

Process death claims, payouts, and modify future payments.

Respond to customer(Equal? phone calls and written correspondence.

Research, analyze, and resolve moderate customer service inquiries within acceptable standards.

Enter key data for customer service requests in accordance with department quality guidelines.

Assist in completing paperwork for benefit transactions, both phone and mail.

Process participant change requests (e.g., address, EFTs).

Maintain benefits to ensure correct pay côte receive payments.

Prioritize duties and tasks effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of insurance experience, preferably with immediate or deferred annuity products.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong problem‑ toa solving and analytical abilities.

Customer‑oriented and team‑collaborative mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Capacity to multitask and handle high work volume with tight deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.

Some college preferred, but not mandatory.

Bi‑lingual proficiency is a plus.

Work Location This position is designated as remote but may be based in our Amarillo, TX office, subject to our hybrid policy.

Compensation Annual salary range: $30,000 to $35,000, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility under the applicable incentive plan. Final compensation depends on geographic location, skills, experience, and other factors.
