Position HR Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Location Springfield, OH
Compensation Base pay: $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
Role Description We're partnered with a repeat client on this HR Manager opening. This individual will be the point person for the food production plant. The ideal candidate will have experience with all core HR responsibilities including employee relations, performance reviews, hiring, onboarding, training and more.
Qualifications
BS Degree preferred
Experience supporting a manufacturing environment
Experience with Employee Relations, Performance Reviews, Policy Administration, Hiring & Onboarding, Internal investigations, Rewards and Recognition, etc.
