You Will
Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
Manage patient appointments and conduct routing examinations to ensure positive outcomes.
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

Required Qualifications
Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferred experience in family or primary care.
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
Holistic, evidence‑based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
Order and administer immunizations and injections (e.g., COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling.
Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days.
Proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages (e.g., Spanish) مقت
BLS certification, including CPR and AED operation.
Pass FIT test and wear respirator mask when protocol requires.
Education
Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program; current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice as Advanced Practice Nurse.

Pay Range $37.66 – $81.11 per hour. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual salary for all positions in the grade; the actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and interactions. The position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
