Overview
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a travel Registered Nurse ICU – Intensive Care Unit for a 13‑week assignment in Des Moines, Iowa. The role offers premium pay and flexible scheduling. Pay Range
Base weekly rate: $2,592.00 (36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts). Total compensation is based on the actual shift schedule. Responsibilities
Provide critical patient care in the ICU setting. Fluently float among multiple hospital locations and regions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Act independently within RN scope of practice. Maintain accountability for delegation and decision outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support quality improvement. Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities. Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities. Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s). Minimum of 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, and PCU. Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health. Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association. Position Highlights and Benefits
