Pay Rate USD 20.00 – 35.00 per hour. (Dependent on education and experience)

Essential Functions

Exports phone‑in and walk‑in customer parts request

Search parts using the automated system

Maintain organized notes and desk for easy access to information أصبح\م Maintain warranty credit / inspection and warranty return processes

Pull orders

Process customer and shop order credits and quotes

Add proper backorder notes for analysts to route backorders

Ensure correct shipping instructions are attached to orders

Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse/parts goals

Act as liaison for service shops on parts backorders

Reply to telephone calls promptly and professionally

Assist other counter personnel in finding parts information efficiently



Assists supervisor in projects when requested

Provide on‑call duties for customers after hours

Suggest related purchases when selling a part

Provide leads to PSSR’s, service shops, etc.

Communicate proper parts technical information when necessary

Guide customers to appropriate service technicians when more info is needed

Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year working with parts

At least 1 year administrative / clerical experience

At least 1 year customer service experience

At least 1 year sales experience

Physical Demands & Competencies

Standing, walking, talking, sitting; use of hands and hearing

Squatting andoked kneeling

Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, etc.

Data entry; telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organization, communication, math skills

Safety and product knowledge

Medium tasks that involve lifting or moving objects up to 32 pounds or more

Work Environment

Noise: loud

Environment: indoors and outdoors
