Transform Lives Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient‑focused technician to deliver life‑changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between our operating hours of 7 am‑7 pm. Regional travel is required to cover our Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston‑Salem centers.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Extensive regional travel: Primary coverage of Cary with mandatory travel to any of the North Carolina centers on short notice; reliable transportation required.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience.

Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Required Travel & Logistics: Travel to all centers throughout the region with personal transportation capable of facilitating movement between sites as operational needs dictate. \

Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Benefits Statement Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company‑paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company‑paid short‑term disability and long‑term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non‑exempt salaried employees calculated as 0.625 per pay period worked for vacation time and 0.29166 per pay period for personal time. Full‑time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex‑PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
