Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and IOP Therapist Full‑time position located in Streamwood, IL. The selected candidate will perform social service functions to assist clients in meeting their bio‑psycho‑social needs while enabling them through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve optimal emotional health. Key duties include providing crisis intervention, individual therapy, short‑term family therapy, group therapy, treatment planning, and discharge planning. The therapist serves as an integral member of the treatment team, manages case coordination for clients’ internal and external support systems, and responds effectively to human service needs inquiries. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, a thorough working knowledge of the State of Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Act, the ability to work with patients of any age, and mastery of crisis intervention techniques.

Qualifications Must hold a Master’s Degree in a related mental health field. Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health care facility with direct experience in individual, family, and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment planning is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills with a majority of experience focused on the child/adolescent population are required. Licensure: LPC/LSW required; LCPC/LCSW preferred. Candidates may pursue the designation of Clinical Psychologist in lieu of the referenced licenses. Primary source verification shall be required through Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
