Job Title Behavioral Health Technician - Men’s Residential Location: Tampa, FL
Pay
$15.00 per hour (incl. $1.50 shift differential for overnight and weekend hours) Job Type
Non‑Exempt PRN – shifts include weekends. Schedule
AS needed. Responsibilities
Monitor and chart client behavior. Assist with recreational activities. Transport clients as required (subject to insurance approval). Submit incident reports. Participate in client staffing and team meetings. Perform house checks. Enforce house rules and curfew. Monitor urine drug screens. Provide administrative support. Position Requirements
Strong customer service skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum age 21. Valid Florida driver’s license. Ability to pass a DOT physical. Ability to carry or move at least 25 pounds. Desire to grow within the behavioral health field (plus). Education & Experience
One year related experience working with youth in substance abuse or mental health counseling. Experience engaging with youth and families to facilitate change. Bilingual preferred (additional $1,000 bonus for certification; testing provided by COVE). Benefits
