Job Overview and Essential Functions

The role performs all functions of a fully qualified heavy采访 vehicle repair technician under minimal supervision.
Performs skilled and complicated mechanical work on heavy‑duty truck equipment and related components with minimum supervision.
Performs troubleshooting on major problems.
Works with and helps train apprentice technicians.
Maintains a neat orderly working area, and proper handling of company tools.
Advises the service fore dart if additional repair work is necessary.
Maintains favorable relations with customers.
Participates in training to stay abreast of new technology.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Safety‑Sensitive Position This position has been designated as a safety‑sensitive position. Aime person perting the position spurning under the influence of marijuana or any other illegany drug may constitute or threat to health or safe;
Qualifications
CDL
A/C, Brake and DOT Annual Inspector Certifications
Must have at a minimum, one specialization (i.e., engine, drive train).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience or vocational training.
Necessary tools to perform the position.
Must have good customer relations and communication skills.
