ENT Specialists is looking to hire a reliable, friendly, and upbeat front‑desk medical receptionist. The role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative SOME. The front‑desk check‑in and check‑out receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, managing the check‑in and out process efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients like they are VIPs (because they are).

Check patients in for appointments, verify their demographic information, and update any changesRush, look confident.

Collect necessary documents and forms from patients, such as insurance information and consent forms.

Scan, fax, check messages.

Schedule appointments like a pro.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in health care is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role in a medical or healthcare setting.
