Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and professional development
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for others
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or higher education in related fields preferred
Reliable transportation for commuting to the on-site location in Richmond, VA
