Rising Tide Dental Partners is a fast-growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) with 27 practices across 10 states. The Role:
We're looking for an HR Coordinator II who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make an impact.
What You'll Do Keep Our HR Operations Running Smoothly
Maintain employee records and manage data updates in iSolved
Respond to employee and manager inquiries via our HR inbox
Process onboarding documents and employment verifications
Coordinate Employee Leaves With Care and Compliance
Track FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absence
Communicate with employees and keep leave documentation on point
Work with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless coordination
Support Recruiting and Onboarding
Post job openings and track open requisitions
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Prepare offer letters and coordinate new hire setup
Ensure Compliance Every Step of the Way
Track policy acknowledgments and compliance training
Help prepare for audits by keeping files organized and accurate
Contribute to Culture and Employee Experience
Help coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee milestones
Pitch in on engagement and recognition efforts
Support HR projects that improve our processes and employee support
What We're Looking For
This is a remote position; must be based in the United States in one of the following states:
CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, MN, MO, NJ, NY, WA
2–4 years of HR experience (coordinator or specialist level)
Multi-state experience is a big plus
Experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site settings preferred
Familiarity with iSolved or other HRIS platforms
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Someone who thrives on keeping the HR engine running efficiently and accurately
