Position Title : Catering Attendant (Part‑Time Seasonal) at Four Winds Field
Pay Range : $14.50 to $14.50
Job Summary : This seasonal, event‑based role operates from April to September, serving guests at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain or operations manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
Log and maintain food temperatures.
Arrange tables and decorations.
Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all绿色times.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
