Sales Associate (Investment Real Estate Agent)
RFP Homes is a high-growth investment real estate brokerage focused exclusively on single-family investment properties. We work only with investors—flippers, landlords, and funds—providing off‑market opportunities at scale. Our model is not retail, not listings, and not traditional brokerage. This is a pure sales, relationship‑driven, performance‑based role built for competitive, entrepreneurial people who want to build real wealth by building a book of business.
Role Objective The objective of the Sales Associate is to build and manage a high-performing investor book of business by sourcing, advising, and transacting single-family investment opportunities. Associates leverage RFP Homes’ deal flow, systems, and platform to drive consistent volume and long-term relationships. You will operate in a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales environment alongside experienced sales leaders, analysts, and acquisition teams, with one clear goal: produce.
Duties / Essential Functions
Complete RFP Homes’ structured onboarding and investment real estate training program
Become an expert in single-family investment real estate, including flips, rentals, and distressed assets
Proactively and relentlessly prospect investors via phone, text, email, and social channels
Be comfortable with high‑volume outbound activity, including 100+ dials per day
Build, manage, and grow a personal investor book of business
Advise investors using financial analysis, deal underwriting, and market insight
Present off‑market investment opportunities to qualified buyers
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data within Salesforce CRM
Leverage RFP Homes’ internal tools, marketing, and deal flow to win and retain investor clients
Collaborate with analysts, acquisitions, and leadership to maximize deal execution
Execute a personal business plan focused on volume, consistency, and long‑term growth
Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Sales experience preferred (real estate, finance, solar, insurance, car sales, etc.), but not required
Highly competitive, self‑motivated, and resilient mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with rejection, cold calling, and high‑output sales environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large investor database
High integrity, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑based culture
Coachable with a strong desire to improve and be held to a high standard
Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for performance‑based income
Willingness to take ownership of results without hand‑holding
