Our client is seeking an experienced
Electronics Technician
to support hands‑on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses heavily on cable and wire harness assembly, electrical testing, and following detailed work instructions. Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7AM–3PM Responsibilities: Conduct electrical testing and verification using digital multimeters. Support troubleshooting to ensure assemblies meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment. Assemble and terminate cable and wire harnesses for electronic equipment. Perform crimping, wire stripping, connector assembly, and light mechanical assembly. Collaborate with a small technical team while working independently when needed. Build and integrate electronic components and subassemblies using detailed work instructions. Qualifications/Must Haves: High school diploma or GED. Strong experience with crimping, wire stripping, and connector assembly. Proficient using digital multimeters for continuity, resistance, and basic measurements. Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, procedures, and assembly documentation. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics assembly, cable assemblies, or wiring harnesses. Nice-to-Haves: IPC‑A‑610 certification or training. Soldering experience (through‑hole or connector work) Background supporting calibration or verification testing.
