Support Worker – Permanency Support Worker (Full‑time)

and help families in crisis. This full‑time role involves supporting case managers, transporting families, documenting visits, filing legal documents, teaching parenting techniques, and advocating for resources.
Responsibilities
Assist Permanency Case Managers and Supervisors within the unit.
Transport families to visitation appointments.
Observe and document visitation sessions.
File legal documents and maintain accurate records.
Teach parenting techniques during visitation.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to plan, advocate, and access resources to improve family life.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred: at least two years of experience working with children and families.

Average hourly rate: $18.08 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
