Pay

Starting base pay of $19.51 per hour, up to $20.64 per hour based on education and certifications (MA, SRNA, RBT)

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards (no felony, no pending court dates)

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

Job Responsibilities The Direct Support Professional role is vital to the safety, happiness, and wellbeing of our clients. The level of support required will be based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities includeIq assistance with basic daily care needs such as bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing, active treatment, and socializing as part of your regular job duties.

Position Type and Hours This is a full‑time position with a typical work week of 37.5 hours and some opportunity for overtime. Weekend work is required. Employees will work a rotating schedule to provide direct support and supervision of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You must be able to work at least 7.5 hours per day with no restrictions and be flexible to accommodate mandatory overtime as needed.
