Qualifications

A Masters’ degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling;

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential or an Associate credential (ACSW, APCC, AMFT);

At least 1 year of experience providing services to adolescents and their families.

Essential Job Functions

Provides comprehensive, strength‑based, culturally competent, flexible, effective mental health services, including psycho‑therapeutic interventions, to eligible at‑risk children, youth, and families.

Provides services to children and youth involved in child welfare and juvenile justice systems, meeting all county requirements.

Assesses, develops plans, and delivers individual, family, group therapy and crisis intervention in home, office, school, or community settings.

Arranges or provides safe transportation for youth and families to services as needed.

Documents all clinical records accurately and on schedule, including Medi‑Cal eligible services.

Completes intake, core assessment, mid‑assessment, and discharge packets within expected timelines.

Provides referrals and serves as liaison among families, treatment teams, flies and external organizations.

Utilizes evidence‑based practices whenever clinically indicated.

Ensektivates individualized safety plans maximizing community resources.

Attends all internal psychiatric appointments, on‑call family support, and agency training per BBS and county requirements.

Participates in utilization, accreditation, and peer‑review processes.

Maintains positive relationships with partners and providers.

Manages schedule with Microsoft Outlook and coordinates with staff to provide support.

Performs other duties as necessary and assigned by the agency.

Salary Range

Clinician I: $75,000 – $100,000 Annually DOE

Clinician II: $80,000 – $105,000 Annually DOE
