Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will provide care for patients with behavioral health disorders across an age range from adolescent through geriatric. The LPN/LVN is an integral part of the interdisciplinary treatment team working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and implements therapeutic interventions developed by the treatment team and tracks patient progress toward treatment plan goals.
Responsibilities
Provides direct care to patients on assigned unit.
Administers and documents prescribed medications and treatments.

Night: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited college of nursing.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred, but not required. New graduates accepted.
Licensure/Certification:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in South Carolina. CPR/CPI certification required – provided upon hire.
Age‑Specific Competencies:
Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric.
