Seeking a full‑time Supervising Nurse (RN) at a 192‑bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to long‑term and rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities
Lead nursing care during assigned shifts, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Oversee resident care, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Manage compliance with care plans, staffing, and regulatory requirements, including MDS assessments and QAPI initiatives.
Qualifications
NY‑S RN license, 1‑2 years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and knowledge of MDS and PDPM. Leadership skills are essential.
