Overview Position: Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedics. Location: 1008 Airport Road, Destin, FL. Schedule: PRN / As Needed, Monday–Friday. Compensation: $30 per hour. Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Destin, FL is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. You will work alongside two experienced clinicians, treating a diverse orthopedic caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Active Floridaিত্য PTA license required
Open to new graduates and experienced PTAs alike
College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE
Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)
CPR Certification
Active Florida PTA license required" and so on.
Responsibilities
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
Implement, with minimal supervision, high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
