Key Responsibilities
Oversee all store activities during the shift, including cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling.
Provide exemplary customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor staff performance.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
Manage marketing initiatives and promote the store’s offerings.
Maintain accurate paperwork, reports, and inventory records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or hospitality coursework is a plus.
Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience in a fast‑food or retail environment preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
