Lab Assistant provides day-to-day production support by receiving and organizing specimens according to standard operating procedures.
Primary Responsibilities时间>
Assist licensed/certified staff in метавон پر preparing blood tubes to be run on automation
Receive and deliver specimens to the appropriate workflows and/or labs
Maintain organization of samples through physical and electronic sample storage and/or disposal
Prepare samples for shipment
Maintain organization of inventory, materials, and supplies within the lab
Assist in cleaning lab equipment and benches
Responsible for maintaining an updated understanding and knowledge of methods pertaining to the role
Complete training and other deadlines on time
Recognize and escalates issues to lead/supervisor
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (TAG, 5S)
Conduct yourself in a professional manner
Adhere to Departmental Expectations
Work with PHI, paper and electronic
Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
High school diploma or higher
0-1 years of industry-related experience
Previous computer experience is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to accuracy and detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Compensation & Total Rewards This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills considerations.
