Position Overview
Full‑Time & Part‑Time Position
Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. In addition, you will be responsible for resident care and the direction of nursing care during assigned shifts; this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, in good standing
Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
