Responsibilities
Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentorship, and education of nursing personnel.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
Active, good‑standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Prior experience in a Long‑Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting preferred.
