Reyes Fleet Management provided pay range: Base pay: $34.00/hr - $36.00/hr. Pay starts at $34.00-$36.00/hr plus additional shift differential pay based on experience/qualifications. CDL Incentive Pay: $1.00 per hour with active CDL license.
Shift: Full‑Time, 3rd Shift – Wednesday‑Saturday 10:00 PM–8:30 AM; OFF Sunday‑Tuesday.

Position Responsibilities
Diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair motor trucks and trailer equipment.
Test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic test equipment.
Interpret complex schematics for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, identify warrantable repairs, and document them on the repair order.
Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions, provide additional support for preventative maintenance on tractor trailers, and inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and pliers, as well as power tools.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience
High School Education or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
Ability to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, and regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record compliant with Department of Transportation regulations.
Must possess own tools (minimum tool requirement).
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical school certification.
