Position
Medical Technologist – Full‑Time – Weekend shifts required.
Location Wellington Regional Medical Center, Wellington, FL.
Responsibilities
Must be a Florida licensed Medical Technologist generalist able to cover Hematology and Chemistry benches and BB experience required.
Provides diagnostic procedures across all clinical laboratory areas (chemistry, hematology, serology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood banking, microbiology).
Maintains daily QCR charts and preventive maintenance records.
Assists in orientation of new employees and may perform phlebotomy.
Cross‑trains and floats to other departments as directed by the Laboratory Manager.
Qualifications
Registered Medical Technologist, ASCP, AMT, or NCA.
Florida AHCA Medical Technologist license.
Prior Blood Bank experience.
Flexibility to cover weekend shifts.
